Stunning sample dress from Ramy Brook, size small. Featuring high-low hem, halter style neckline with delicate ties, empire waist with ruffle detail, fully lined.

**Important to note** the following flaws/defects have been noted as this is a sample dress: multiple stains noted throughout skirt (pictured as many as I saw, please see above), fine snags, two tiny holes noted from snag to front ruffle (above photo). I have not tried to wash nor treat due to the delicate fabric; however will consider this in sale pricing, as this is being SOLD AS IS. Will likely benefit from dry cleaning and/or steaming again.
